Unsere Lösung


Mit unseren beiden Tochterunternehmen Support Warehouse und Europlus Direct haben wir Experten, die sich auf die Rückgewinnung von schon verloren geglaubten Verträgen spezialisiert haben. Als Channel-Rescue-Experten treten sie erst dann mit Ihrem Kunden in Kontakt, wenn die Frist rund um die Erneuerung abgelaufen ist. Endkunden werden zuerst auf die Vertragsverlängerung hingewiesen und erinnert, sich direkt an ihren Channelpartner zu wenden.
