Quotation
EPD present back SLA availability and pricing details for required support in Spain
Registration
Support is registered in Spain and details sent to business partner to share with end user
Renewals
EPD provide renewal reminder to business partner 90 days prior to support expiry
There’s no additional ‘fee’ for our services – we simply provide a full quotation for the warranty, maintenance and/or licenses in Spain to you, with room for you to add a margin.
We don’t interact with your customer and actually help enhance your account management by providing timely future renewal reminders to you, 90 days ahead of time.
As well as Lenovo part numbers (previously referred to as service packs), EPD Worldwide can also supply Lenovo service contracts – for warranty upgrades and post-warranty services – as well as Lenovo on-site installation services and infrastructure health checks in Spain.
